The
Benefit Club of Rosemont School is a volunteer parent group,
which works to provide a variety of supportive experiences
to our children.
The Benefit Club goals include the
following:
To aid in
the promotion of educational and recreational opportunities
for the youth of the community.
To promote
the general welfare of the youth of the community.
To promote
better school-community relations.
To provide
social activities and programs for the community as a
whole.
These
goals are accomplished by various fundraising activities
including Market Days. The Benefit Club provides our
children with the opportunity to enjoy several cultural
events throughout the year, Santa's Secret Workshop, Special
Treats at designated holidays, and many other learning supports
too numerous to itemize.
Meetings
are held in September, October, January, March, and May
during the school year on second Tuesday of each month with
the exception of those Tuesday when there is a School Board
Meeting. The meetings are designed to be both educational
and entertaining. Look for our Benefit Club Calendar
at the end of this handbook for meeting dates and times.
The school administration is available at most meetings
to answer questions concerning the school.
