Parent Teacher Conferences

Red Ribbon Week

October 23 - 27, 2017

Red Ribbon is a campaign that promotes a healthy lifestyle by encouraging us to make good choices, stay away from drugs, and be a buddy, not a bully.  Help us celebrate Red Ribbon Week on October 23 though 27, 2017.  All students will be signing a banner near the front office and taking the pledge to be "One School, One Goal - Bully and Drug Free!"  Click here to view the school dress theme for each day of the . . .

Holiday Evergreen Fundraiser

Order Deadline - October 27, 2017

Please consider ordering a fresh evergreen wreath or garland to decorate your home for the winter holidays.  The 8th grade class is selling a variety of items as part of their 8th grade fundraising for their Washington DC trip.  Orders are due in the office by October 27th.  Items will be available for pick-up on Thursday, November 9th.  Click here for the order form.   Thanks in advance for your support.

Cultural Week

November 7-9, 2017

Physical Examination Requirements (Preschool, Kindergarten & 6th grade)

Deadline: September 29, 2017

Per Illinois State Law, students entering preschool, kindergarten, and 6th grade are required to submit proof of a current physical exam and immunizations to the school office by September 29, 2017.  Students records will be reviewed by a nurse.  If your child is not in compliance with the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) requirements, you will receive a letter in the mail and will have until October 12, 2017 to provide . . .

Dental Exam State Requirements (Grades K, 2 6)

Deadline: April 13, 2018

Illinois State Law requires all students in Kindergarten, 2nd grade, and 6th grade to submit proof of a current dental exam by April 13, 2018.  Failure to do so may result in your child being excluded from school.   Dental Exam Form
